Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use furniture8home.com or buy from Furniture8home, a furniture business with showrooms in Maligaon and Paschim Boragaon, Guwahati, Assam. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Our furniture is handcrafted, so wood grain, fabric shade and finish can vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece. Dimensions are approximate (within about 2 cm).
• We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is wrongly priced or unavailable, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order (for example, if delivery isn't possible to your area); if you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), on delivery, or at our showrooms. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. For custom-made orders we may ask for an advance before production starts.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them (validity dates, minimum order, limits per customer). They can't be exchanged for cash, and only one code can be used per order.

Warranty

Solid-wood frames and structure carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Fabric, foam and finish are covered for 1 year. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, water or pest damage, or changes made by others. To claim, contact us with your order number and photos.

Using the website

Don't misuse the website: no automated ordering, attempts to break security, or fake orders. Content and photos on the site belong to Furniture8home.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Guwahati, Assam. Consumers may also approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
