Where we deliver

We deliver across Guwahati and to other parts of Assam. Outside Guwahati, delivery depends on the location, and any charge is confirmed with you before dispatch. We don't currently ship outside Assam.

Delivery charges

Delivery and installation are free within Guwahati. For other locations we'll tell you the charge before you confirm.

How long it takes

• Ready pieces: usually delivered within 3–5 days of confirmation in Guwahati.
• Custom sizes or fabrics: usually 7–10 days to build, then delivery. We'll confirm the date when we confirm your order.

Timelines can occasionally slip because of weather, festivals or material supply. If that happens, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

On the day

Our own team delivers, carries the furniture in (including stairs) and sets it up. They call before arriving. Please check the furniture when it's delivered and tell the team, or us within 48 hours, about any damage.

Showroom pickup

You can choose to collect from our Maligaon or Paschim Boragaon showroom. We'll tell you when it's ready; show your order pass (QR code) or order number when you collect.
